Chairman of Dangote Industries, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has described Nigeria as the world's best-kept secret in terms of investments and returns. Speaking at a summit in Saudi Arabia, Dangote stated that Nigeria, under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu, will be revealed to the world as a global investment haven.

Dangote highlighted the value that Nigerian companies can bring to the Saudi economy and expressed his eagerness to expand operations in Nigeria. He also mentioned the upcoming launch of the Nigeria-Saudi Business Council, which is expected to create opportunities for both countries to further develop their business relationship.

Saudi Arabia's Commerce Minister, Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, shared his country's commitment to contributing to the necessary infrastructural reforms in Nigeria to attract foreign direct investment. He mentioned a partnership with the World Economic Forum to reform the services sector in Africa, with Nigeria as the pilot country. The goal is to improve Nigeria's economic and investment viability by streamlining supply chains and raising them to international standards.

During the summit, CEOs from various Saudi conglomerates presented their proposals for collaboration with Nigeria in sectors such as construction, finance, energy, healthcare, agriculture, and telecommunications.

The Nigerian government delegation at the summit included the Executive Governors of Bauchi, Niger, and Katsina States, as well as several ministers from various sectors.
